Hello friends...it's been a while.

I have been working a temp job and combined with taking the most demanding class of my graduate program - I have been busy.

If I may say so - I think it's pretty impressive, piping and all. Now I want a sewing machine!
My crafting options would be endless! But I think it best that I wait till I'm back in America

And oh by the way, it snowed
-it didn't stick around for long, but it was pretty while it lasted.

Well it's February now (the 16th- we're mid month now) so I am behind. More to come on my Valentines day surprise and my birthday!

DIY

I love to do DIY
projects around the house - especially when I am bored or procrastinating.
Our den/living room/study - basically the room we live in -
has a lot of various wood furniture.
And it looked bad.

I was wanting a change and decided to paint the coffee table a gun metal black.

Since I live in a cold and rainy country
I set up a drop cloth in said room and got to work.

I am really pleased with the result...
what shall I paint next?




(it looks nicer in the photo than it was in real life - think Ikea but made with real wood)
